🐶 Perfect Pets is a fantastic national drawing contest for children in after school clubs. Young Artists invites your budding artists to draw a picture of their perfect pet.
🎨 Children can draw their favourite animal or pet, an animal mash-up, be inspired by mythical creatures, or create something unique from their imagination.
📖Drawings will feature in a special Perfect Pet book series, along with vivid, informative, and fun pages with a presentation page for each club that has work included in the book. Plus our favorite drawing from each book will be chosen to feature on the front cover.
You can photocopy or download as many entry forms as you need.
Get your club involved in Perfect Pets today and they could become published artists! There are amazing prizes up for grabs for both clubs & children too 😍
[Rules] =>
- Entries MUST be scanned for upload/email or posted. We cannot accept photos of entries.
- Only one entry per child, there is no limit to the number of entries per club. Club leaders please submit your entries all together where possible.
- Elementary schools can enter without an after school club.
- Ask your students to draw their picture, ensuring their name, age and club name are included.
- Your children's entries must be on a Perfect Pets entry form.
- Your children's drawings must be their own work!
- Your children can use pencils, pens, felt-tips, crayons, paints, chalks, pastels, etc. to create their picture.
- Uploaded or emailed entries must be scanned in. We cannot accept photos of entries.
- Open to 4-12 year-olds only
- US entrants only
- Free to enter
- Copyright remains with the artist

🏆 The club that sends the best set of drawings will win an amazing $1,000 gift certificate of their choice!
PLUS clubs receive a complimentary copy of the book their children's work features in.
[Student Prizes] =>
The best Perfect Pet drawing in each book will become the title and front cover image. The artist will also receive a goody bag full of creative supplies!
PLUS a sticker strip for every entrant. All children whose work we'd love to publish also receive a certificate.
